We accept both Cash on Delivery and Visa payments.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of making it. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed for shipment.

Delivery timeframes vary by location, however orders inside Cairo normally take 2-3 business days, while orders in other places can take 4-7 business days.

We accepts returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
